Supports denser routing and more connection options when single-sided layout cannot meet the product requirement.

Used for compact products that need more routing density, controlled structure review and tighter manufacturing planning.

Quotation factors

What changes cost and lead time.

FPC cost is not only layer count. Material thickness, copper thickness, line width and spacing, coverlay design, stiffener, surface finish, tolerance and panel size all affect quotation. Multilayer projects also need more careful stack-up confirmation.

For faster quotation, send the production drawing together with Gerber files and include whether the project is prototype, small batch or planned repeat production.
