File review
Gerber, drawing, stack-up, material and quantity are checked first.
Prototype builds help engineering teams validate fit, routing, bend behavior, connector position and assembly risk before batch production.
XTFPC reviews prototype RFQs by file completeness and manufacturing risk. Single-sided and double-sided FPC prototypes typically take 5-7 days after all production details are confirmed. Multilayer FPC prototypes typically take 7-15 days depending on structure.
Gerber, drawing, stack-up, material and quantity are checked first.
Bend areas, coverlay openings, stiffeners and finish are reviewed.
Pricing and practical lead time are confirmed after file review.
Approved samples can move into small batch or stable production.
Prototype buyers often send Gerber files only, but flexible circuits need mechanical context. If the FPC bends repeatedly, installs inside a tight housing or carries connector load, include sample photos, drawing notes and stiffener requirements.
When assembly is needed, add BOM and placement file early. It helps XTFPC review whether SMT, connector assembly or final inspection should be quoted together with fabrication.
